Nick Ward is a full time Children's book maker. He writes, illustrates and creates all his characters from a converted barn which is his studio. Nick first worked with Meadowside in 2003 and has gone on to make so many books he is one of the most prolific author-illustrators on our list. Nick loves creating characters and with the arrival of his latest character, the adorable Rumpus, comes some of his finest work to date.
